Credits and Payments

Transactions on the Website are conducted using Website credits (“Credits”) in accordance with SEACOGS' Standard Pricing and Payment Policy and subject to any amounts that may be owed to SEACOGS with respect to such transactions. In the event you are upgrading a listing or adding a new listing, the appropriate number of Credits shall be deducted from your Membership Account.

Credits are linked to your account. Ie: Credits will be deposited into the account you are logged into at time of purchase.

You may acquire Credits only by purchase, by using credit or charge cards, online payment accounts, as permitted by SEACOGS, or by earning them if such an option is applicable. If you purchase any Credits by using a credit or charge card, you warrant that you are the cardholder or account holder and that the billing information provided is accurate, and you authorise SEACOGS to charge the designated credit or charge card for the total amount of the purchase, including any sales or similar taxes, depending on your country of residence or on other similar parameters to be determined by SEACOGS. Credit purchases are non-refundable (to the extent permissible by law) and non-transferable.
